Ali MacGraw

Ali MacGraw aka Elizabeth Alice MacGraw was an American actor, animal activist and a writer, who has won numerous Awards. The actress has won praise for films like Love Story (from 1970), Goodbye Columbus, (1969) and The Getaway, (1972). When she was in New York, she was born and brought up in an creative family. Her first job was as a photo assistant. Then she moved on to modelling and acting. In her first two films her name was acknowledged and was awarded an award called the Golden Globe Award as Most Promising Young Actress. MacGraw's movie Love Story proved a major smash and brought her world notoriety, and an Academy Award' nomination and a Golden Globe award. Within just three short films MacGraw became the most popular female box office actress in the entire world. In 1972, her footprints as well as autograph was recorded on the wall of Grauman's Chinese Theater. Some of the films she's been in include The Getaway Convoy Players as in the mini-series on TV The Winds of War. Moving Pictures, her 1991 autobiography, was released. MacGraw has married thrice.
