Annmarie Fairweather has been the Chief Human Resources Officer for Learning Ally since 2008. She oversees all our practices in People, People Management along with Talent Management and Culture Development. Annmarie is a veteran of 30 years as a Human Resources leader. She has worked in a variety of industries and groups of managers to reach the business objectives, especially during periods of fast changes and expansion. Annmarie was a consultant, helping translate corporate and people strategies into strategies, goals, and enterprise-wide objectives through performance and organizational management as well as employee engagement and change. Infatuated by the leadership of teams, she views the development of teams and their learning crucial to maintaining competitive advantage. Experience working in Fortune 500, small companies and middle-sized businesses has helped her to create cultures which foster learning and creativity that benefit teams and individuals. In addition, Annmarie has a desire to dedicate her energy and time to helping to further the mission of Learning Ally, she currently provides support for a variety of non-profit organizations in her free time. As a part of the Castell Project Leadership Development Committee Annmarie has devoted her time and talent to supporting Learning Ally's mission. Furthermore, she provides support to various non-profit organizations during her free time. The people we affect by the disease of addiction.
