Hayley Orrantia is an American performer, actress and song writer. A lot of people recognize her from her role as Erica Goldberg on the popular comedy television series "The Goldbergs.' She believes that she is the best musician of all. According to her, music has always been her first love. She began training in professional music when she was twelve. In 2013, she took up songwriting and recorded her first album. Since then there has been never a moment to rest. Orrantia is an American native with Hispanic origins. Her family has Hispanic roots even though she only spoke English when she was a kid and spent her entire life in America. By learning Spanish and writing songs she is trying to maintain the spirit of her culture. The singer recorded the Spanish version of a song, titled 'Hasta Verte. In the summer of 2011, Orrantia auditioned for the premiere season of The X Factor. Orrantia took home the very first season of the X Factor when she uploaded a YouTube performance video. She received the four "yes" votes by the judge on the live stage audition in Seattle. She originally auditioned solo, however, during "Hollywood Week" she was placed with three other female vocalists in a trio for the remainder of the auditions. They were eventually eliminated at the conclusion of the fifth performance.
